How exactly do we use somatic work?
HOLY BODY is not your typical mind-based space with meditations and journaling prompts.
Inside the HOLY BODY, you're guiding through my method of Deep Somatics™.
It combines sensation, felt sense, emotional alchemy, shadow work, belief rewiring, and the Polyvagal theory. Together, they help you access and rewire the deepest layers of your unconscious mind.
This method helps you change your patterns and behaviors in a lasting way as well as "install" a new desired reality at the level of your nervous system.
We're also weaving sacred sexuality, the Deep Feminine, and the mystical. This way, you experience your body as a living temple, a source of ancient wisdom.
Methodology
Using Deep Somatics, we're not walking on eggshells.
The intention is to create inner safety, yes, but to also explore our edges and learn to be with the intensity of life. This way, you meet your true power and can hold yourself through anything in life–but without hardening or collapsing.
Release old wounds and transform your patterns.
The wound or pattern carries an unconscious belief and pent up emotional energy. You'll be accessing these deeper layers of your beliefs and emotions through your body. As a result of this, you'll be able to repattern your life at the depth of your nervous system.
Calibrate to your desired reality in love, self-worth, and leadership.
Through your body, you'll calibrate to your desired reality by “installing” new beliefs and patterns. This way, you'll teach your nervous system to feel safe and familiar with your new desired life, whether it's experiencing more love, wealth or fulfillment. WHEN DOES THE MEMBERSHIP START?
Holy Body is open for enrollment now–and you can join immediately. The moment you step inside, you receive access to this month’s pathway, live calls, and the full library of somatic practices.
How long do I need to be inside the Holy Body to experience a transformation?
Transformation begins the moment you enter. But lasting change isn’t built in a weekend; it’s built through embodied repetition.
If you’re ready to truly expand your relationship, womanhood, and leadership, give yourself 6–12 months. That’s when this work stops being something you practice–and becomes who you are.
What's the call schedule?
Live calls take place on Wednesdays or Thursdays, rotating times to accommodate our global community.
Because Holy Body is an international container, we intentionally vary call times each month so women across time zones can join live. The schedule is shared in advance and every call is recorded, so you’re supported whether you’re in the room live or integrating on your own time.
What happens if I can't make it to all the calls live?
If you can’t attend live, every session is recorded and delivered within 24 hours. You’ll have full access to the replay so you can move through the work on your own time, without losing momentum.
This is a long-term container. You’re supported whether you’re in the room live or integrating in solitude.
Does the membership replace a business program?
No. Holy Body is not a traditional business strategy container. Leadership is one of the three pathways inside Holy Body, meaning every third month we focus on feminine leadership through the nervous system–power, capacity, money, self-trust, and identity. Our approach is more focused on expanding the internal capacity required to hold bigger visibility, wealth, and responsibility rather than business strategy.
If you're seeking more strategic support with offer suite, positioning, messaging, launching, branding and beyond, I offer separate programs for that. Reach out and I’ll guide you to the right space.
I am not an entrepreneur, can I still join?
Yes. Holy Body expands the woman, not just the entrepreneur. The leadership pathway is about embodied power, self-trust, money capacity, and voice–this work is vital whether you lead a company, a team, a family, or simply your own life.
Are there any refunds?
This container is designed for women who are ready to take full responsibility for their investment and their transformation.
Thus, enrollment in Holy Body is final. There are no refunds regardless of your participation.
Does my membership automatically cancel after 1 or 3 months?
No. Holy Body runs on automatic renewal.
After your minimum commitment period is complete, you’re welcome to cancel at any time by emailing our team at least three business days before your next billing date.
How long do I have access to the membership material?
You’ll have full access to the entire Holy Body library for as long as you’re inside the container. Should you decide to leave, access to the materials will conclude with your membership.
Is there personal access to Aurika?
Holy Body is intentionally designed as a high-level group container. While it does not include private access, you will engage directly with Aurika during the monthly Q&A audio threads and 2x monthly immersive somatic calls.
For those desiring individualized support, private mentorship is offered separately.
