One thing that you do NOT see behind closed doors A few years ago, I ended 4 years of singledom by moving in with my next partner, roughly at the time when my biz began growing exponentially. What you saw on social media: me dancing in my joy, signing in new clients, being featured in press, having my first 5fig months, living Bali & hanging our with my soulmate tribe. What you did not see on social media: the new level of responsibilities that I suddenly had to hold as a biz owner created so much pressure that I HARDENED... My physical body felt agile, but my heart was locked in a shell of pressure. My energetics were off--I *looked* what you would perceive as Feminine, but I was leading all of my life--from biz to love--from my (unhealthy) Masculine. I was prioritising work above everything. I would work until late hours & come to bed with my brain fried, too tired for the intimacy I was craving for deep down. I had lost the pathway to the full surrender my body and heart. After 5 months of sharing a home, we broke up due to deeper incompatibilities. Of course, it's a LOT of work to build a biz. However, what doesn't make sense is that we transfer our corporate / patriarchal work ethic even into what is supposed to be a “freedom lifestyle”. What you don't see online it's the energetics: a woman may be looking Feminine & vibrant, but she may be running on cortisol, not on pleasure. She may have plenty of success but unable to call in a beloved. That girl used to be me. The connection to my body, pleasure & emotions is a core part when it comes to balancing both biz & love; it helped me: ◈ Begin prioritizing connection & intimacy which for me, a Feminine being, are my ultimate sources of joy ◈ Soften, dissolve the armour around my heart, access the vulnerability that is needed to call in a powerful, strong Masculine to fully claim me ◈ Have so much more fun, flow & success in my biz as I show up more authentically ◈ Feeling so elevated by my intimate life which I can then channel to my creativity If you desire to SOFTEN into your Feminine essence... I am noticing such a beautiful trend in my inner circle. I have so many kickass powerhouse entrepreneur girlfriends who are devoting themselves to softening their hearts, shifting their priorities, and actually making space for their sacred beloved to come into their lives. …Not just saying “I am calling in my sacred beloved” and then drowning in work later because it is too vulnerable to stay open in the Longing of your heart💗 And you certainly do not need to choose between love or clients! Why did I put these two in juxtaposition? If you have been focused just on building your career for years, it’s possible that this has hardened your heart and a reset will be needed. Also, whatever we focus our energy on, it grows. It’s simple. If you add the energy of money, it amplifies whatever you’re focusing on even more 💸🔍 Wherever your investments are going, this is also what you’re calling in more of.
